“Climate change is causing a fundamental reshaping of our financial systems, however. Investors however can make a critical contribution to the net zero economy, whilst generating alpha returns for people and the planet.
In partnership with UNEP FI, Climate Action hosts the Sustainable Investment Forum’s Europe for its 5th annual edition in London during April and May 2022. The Forums mission is to increase momentum towards a sustainable, equitable and net zero global economy.
The Sustainable Investment Forum Europe 2022will explore the need for central governments to direct capital for a greener, inclusive recovery and redirect fiscal policy towards resilient, sustainable growth.
This Forum will build on the momentum created at COP26 by discussing tangible pathways for responsible investors to actively support climate-friendly investments that promote greener, sustainable portfolios which align with the SDGS. The Forum will also address the need for flexible global fiscal policies that facilitate structural change, address inequality, and facilitate a just transition to a net zero future.
In 2022, the Forum will offer both physical and digital benefits, with the 4-part event series welcoming the return of a 1-day in-person eventin addition to 2 days online. The combination of digital content and in-person thought leadership and roundtables will deliver wide reaching, world class thought-leadership and highly focused in-person networking opportunities.
The Sustainable Investment Forum Europe provides a dynamic platform to connect and engage with 5,000 Investors and Investment Managers, Pension funds, Insurers, Banks, Multi-Laterals, Policymakers, Think Tanks and NGOs from Europe and the rest of the world.
